Narrative Art Competition

The first ever Duns Storyfest is holding a Narrative Art Competition.

Can you paint or draw a picture that tells a story? It could be a story about yourself, about something that happened to you, something you feel strongly about … anything! It can be funny, spooky, sad, fact or fiction!

Entry is free and if you are in any of these classes you can enter the competition:
pre-school and P1
P2, 3 and 4
P5, 6 and 7
S1, 2 and 3
S4, 5 and 6

These are the things you must do:

Put your name, age, school, class, title of picture and contact details on the back of your picture. Your information will be safe. We need your entry by Monday, 30 September. Please take your picture to school collection point, if available, or, deliver to the Volunteer Hall, Duns TD11 3AF on 29 September between 10am–2pm or 30 September between 10am–5pm.

The winner will be decided close to the story festival date and there will be an exhibition of pictures at the Duns Storyfest. We may not be able to exhibit them all … but we will try.

The winner and prize details will be announced on the A Heart for Duns Facebook page and website and we will contact you.

Good luck!
